“We have so little concern for the bourgeois that we have put at the head of our program a demand for the confiscation of fortunate, confiscation of war profits, and heavy taxation of capital.

(OP argues that socialists, progressives, etc. have the same ideals as Hitler and Mussolini.)
Are you serious?
Hilter and Mussolini weren’t bad because they were socialists they were bad because they KILLED TONS OF PEOPLE.
This is like saying Hitler liked ice cream.
I repeat, again:
“Why did Hitler and Mussolini have to kill TONS OF PEOPLE?
Because that was the only way they could possibly implement their ideas.
It’s not only Hitler and Mussolini, it’s Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, and every other leader from the left.”
You demand that I pay attention to your blog, and when I do, you ignore my commentary. Interesting.
Explain how this was the only way they could implement their ideas. How does their insanity prove that Capitalism is the best ideal for humanity? Hitler was an evil fucker but how many years before we can take an objective look at history and begin to sift the evil from the idea.
Y do u neglect the people and civilizations ruined by capitalism, yes those may be hard to find, o wait ask an American Indian….
The government teaches you what they want you to know. The government wants you to be brain dead and easy to control/manipulate—they dont want you to be smart and “think” or research about anything other than what they tell you to.
The Gods of the Copybook Headings: Rudyard Kipling
One of my favorite poems in the world…
AS I PASS through my incarnations in every age and race, I make my proper prostrations to the Gods of the Market Place. Peering through reverent fingers I watch them flourish and fall, And the Gods of the Copybook Headings, I notice, outlast them all.
We were living in trees when they met us. They showed us each in turn That Water would certainly wet us, as Fire would certainly burn: But we found them lacking in Uplift, Vision and Breadth of Mind, So we left them to teach the Gorillas while we followed the March of Mankind.
We moved as the Spirit listed. They never altered their pace, Being neither cloud nor wind-borne like the Gods of the Market Place, But they always caught up with our progress, and presently word would come That a tribe had been wiped off its icefield, or the lights had gone out in Rome.
With the Hopes that our World is built on they were utterly out of touch, They denied that the Moon was Stilton; they denied she was even Dutch; They denied that Wishes were Horses; they denied that a Pig had Wings; So we worshipped the Gods of the Market Who promised these beautiful things.
When the Cambrian measures were forming, They promised perpetual peace. They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease. But when we disarmed They sold us and delivered us bound to our foe, And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: “Stick to the Devil you know.”
On the first Feminian Sandstones we were promised the Fuller Life (Which started by loving our neighbour and ended by loving his wife) Till our women had no more children and the men lost reason and faith, And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: "The Wages of Sin is Death.”
In the Carboniferous Epoch we were promised abundance for all, By robbing selected Peter to pay for collective Paul; But, though we had plenty of money, there was nothing our money could buy, And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: "If you don’t work you die."
Then the Gods of the Market tumbled, and their smooth-tongued wizards withdrew And the hearts of the meanest were humbled and began to believe it was true That All is not Gold that Glitters, and Two and Two make Four And the Gods of the Copybook Headings limped up to explain it once more.
As it will be in the future, it was at the birth of Man There are only four things certain since Social Progress began. That the Dog returns to his Vomit and the Sow returns to her Mire, And the burnt Fool’s bandaged finger goes wabbling back to the Fire;
And that after this is accomplished, and the brave new world begins When all men are paid for existing and no man must pay for his sins, As surely as Water will wet us, as surely as Fire will burn, The Gods of the Copybook Headings with terror and slaughter return!
So… I am new to blogging. Never in my life have a done something like this and I think I will like it. I will post random things from how my day went to something I may have discovered that I find important or interesting.
I am a physco when it comes to the world. I hate it. I hate the life I am forced to live: go to school for 13 years of my childhood, 4+ years of college, then get some professional job and work the rest of my life. I’d rather live a simple life of hard work.
I don’t like the way my country is going (USA!). It scares me how far we have drifted from our Founding principles and our Founding Fathers. I’ll def be talking about this a lot on here since I only have like 3 people to talk to about it to get my frustrations out. Not many people (especially my age) care about these things because they live in a normalcy bias. “Oh its America! How could anything go worng?!” It sure can go wrong, espcially when you don’t take the time to understand the country and the Constitution. You’re being royally screwed by the so called Democratic-Republic Government.
Anyway, there are things in life I don’t hate or dislike. I am not complete pessimist. I am obsessive though… and add… But I really enjoy reading books. Books are amazing and I understand for some it is hard to get into one, but now they have eReaders that can read outloud to you. So there really is no excuss. And it is very important to pay attention to books. They hold our history and culture and it is important to ones identity and a countries identity to know these things. You learn so much from books. And one day, they could disappear… like what happened to the Mayans books.
I also enjoy Barefooting. You may ask what is that? Well, it is waterskiing without skiis. Yes, it does hurt, but it is the best workout I’ll ever get! I have never felt so alive doing a sport like barefooting. It is nice because it is a huge competition… a competition with yourself. Everytime you get out there you push yourself to do better like perfecting your form and attempting some crazy wild trick! I am not that great at it though, I’ve only been doing it for a year but I am slowly learning and perfecting at my own pace.
Guns. Hot topic these days. I have to put it out there… 2nd Amendment people! And even without the 2nd Amendment, it is my God given right to protect myself. And if you don’t beleive in God, well it is still my right to protect my life, no one, including the government, can tell me otherwise. But I do more with guns other than protecting my life and my loved ones. I went pheasant hunting for the first time a few months ago with my new 20 Gauge Mossberg shotgun (a junior shotgun because I am a little person). I went with my Dad, Uncle Buck, and some of their friends and I had a blast! I hope to get a bow soon so I can do some deer hunting.
Ugh. I ramble a lot. But I guess it is okay to do it here.
Next. I love summer! I use to be an all seasons kind of girl but I began to lean towards summer because I love the sun! I love to toast myself beneath it every chance I get.
